To purchase LimeLife by Alcone products, customers either fill out and sign an Order Form at a Beauty Show or provide their information on-line via the Website. The PII provided on an Order Form will be entered into the LimeLife by Alcone website by your Beauty Guide so we may process your order. All Beauty Guides must abide by this Privacy Policy and must not share confidential information except in connection with their LimeLife by Alcone business, and they must make certain all Order Forms are kept in a secure location. Individuals interested in learning about being a Beauty Guide or hostess will provide PII either on-line, via email or directly to a LimeLife by Alcone Beauty Guide.
To become a LimeLife by Alcone Beauty Guide you must provide us with your PII through completing and digitally signing an on-line Beauty Guide Agreement.
We respect children's privacy. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under age 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information to us. You should rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.
LimeLife by Alcone will use the PII disclosed on an Order Form or entered into the Website to process and complete the customer's order, including shipping and billing. In addition, a customer's name, mailing address, email address and telephone number may be used for the following limited purposes: Referrals – When LimeLife by Alcone receives unsolicited orders or hostess requests, your PII will be provided to a Beauty Guide to ensure your needs are met. At LimeLife by Alcone we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your LimeLife by Alcone purchase. Accordingly, the PII you provide may be used for purposes of monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction, including troubleshooting problems and resolving disputes. Your PII may also be used to keep you informed of new products and promotions at LimeLife by Alcone.When a customer fills out and signs a Customer Order Form, they consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their PII for the purposes set out above, unless we are notified otherwise. LimeLife by Alcone may, from time to time, publish a Beauty Guide's PII (name, photo, sales results and achievements) to recognize the Beauty Guide for their achievements and help motivate other Beauty Guides.
LimeLife by Alcone reserves the right to use PII for administrative purposes. When an individual completes and digitally signs the New Beauty Guide Agreement, the individual consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their PII for the purposes set out above, including the calculation and processing of commissions, unless LimeLife by Alcone is otherwise notified. When your Beauty Guide Application is accepted by LimeLife by Alcone, the PII disclosed on the application, will be used solely within the context of our business relationship with you. Upon the termination of the relationship between LimeLife by Alcone and the Beauty Guide, LimeLife by Alcone will only keep the Beauty Guide's PII for lawful purposes.
We want to provide you with excellent service and make your LimeLife by Alcone experience as seamless as possible. We share nonpublic PII and non-personally identifiable information with third parties that perform services on our behalf for your benefit. These third parties must abide by this Policy to keep nonpublic information confidential and use it only for its intended purpose. You acknowledge that LimeLife by Alcone is located in the United States and, accordingly, your information may be processed and stored in the United States and that the US government, courts or law enforcement agencies may be able to obtain disclosure of your information through lawful means in the US. We may also disclose PII for detection and prevention of fraud. We reserve the right to transfer PII in the event LimeLife by Alcone acquires or merges with or is acquired by another company. Any information disclosed as a result of one of these events will be subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time.
We do not rent or sell your PII to another company or third party business for use in promoting their goods or services.
LimeLife by Alcone Main Office will only provide you with promotional emails, coupons, etc if you opt-in to receive these emails. You may, however, receive emails of varying content directly from your Beauty Guide.
To protect your nonpublic PII, we have put in place state-of-the-art sockets layer (SSL) technology. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers or other sensitive information. LimeLife by Alcone will NEVER ask for sensitive information via email.
You may review, correct, or delete your personal information through our website. If you have registered with us, you will be able to view and modify any information contained in your personal profile. However, for security purposes, you must contact LimeLife by Alcone directly to change your tax id number. You may also contact us to remove any PII from our database.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.
In order to provide exceptional service, and accuracy, we regularly update the products and services on the Service.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Despite our best efforts, the products or services available on our Service may have an error regarding the price, be inaccurately described, or be unavailable.

LimeLife reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer or campaign at any time and without notice. LimeLife by Alcone UK will resolve any disputes in regard to these campaigns at its sole discretion.
Access to some portions of the Website is only permitted for Beauty Guides through the use of a personalized ID issued by LimeLife by Alcone UK to that Beauty Guide and a password subsequent to the Beauty Guide’s digital signature of the Beauty Guide agreement. Any distribution of your password or the Content of this Site to any third party is strictly prohibited. To become a Beauty Guide, which entails becoming a distributor for our brand under the status of independent contractor, please refer to the “Become a Beauty Guide” tab.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Limelife by Alcone UK Ltd cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Limelife by Alcone UK customer support team. Note that if you cancel your subscription after the order has started being processed, cancellation will only be effective the following month. You may seek support from a Beauty Guide in this process.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Limelife by Alcone UK with accurate and complete billing information including full name, email address, postal address, state, post code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Limelife by Alcone UK to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Limelife by Alcone UK Ltd will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). The service subscription only applies to Beauty Guides and gives access to specific services and tools either necessary or helpful for Beauty Guides to perform their business. Billing cycles are set on a monthly and annual basis, and may be cancelled at any time. Service subscriptions are subject to the Beauty Guide Policies and Procedures and the Policies and Procedures govern the service subscriptions. For all information regarding Beauty Guide regulations, including rules applicable to service subscriptions, we ask you to refer to the Beauty Guide Policies and Procedures accessed in the “Become a Beauty Guide” tab.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Limelife by Alcone UK cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Limelife by Alcone UK Ltd customer support team.

Limelife by Alcone UK, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Limelife by Alcone UK will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Since Product Subscription equates automated product order, our refund and exchange policy applies. Please refer to our Refund and Exchange policy for more information.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
All information and Content available on the Site is the property of Limelife by Alcone UK or its licensors. Content posted and views expressed by our Beauty Guides publicly in any manner included via social media posts and, as such, we make no representations or warranties regarding Beauty Guide Content or its truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, integrity or quality. We do not determine whether Beauty Content violates the rights of others, and we have no control over whether Beauty Guide Content is of a nature that you or other users may find offensive.
This policy applies to Beauty Guide Content, including opinions, statements and other content of Beauty Guides, as well as third parties, that is, not us. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) for our Auto-Replenishment subscription programs (collectively, “Auto-Replenishment ”) apply to you and LimeLife by Alcone and/or its affiliates (“LimeLife,” “we” or “us”), and govern your and our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LimeLife relating to Auto-Replenishment subscriptions. Your use of the LimeLife website also is governed by our Policies and Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the LimeLife website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through Auto-Replenishment, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.
Depending on the Auto-Replenishment subscription you select, we will automatically ship products to your address at your desired frequency – every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it. A recurring charge for the Auto-Replenishment products will be charged automatically to your credit card on a recurring basis for each shipment while your subscription remains active. You only pay shipping on the initial order, and after that, all Auto-Replenishment orders of £ 45 / 50€ and over ship for free. You can easily change the frequency and modify your product preferences prior to your next charge date. Cancel at any time prior to your charge date either through your online account or by calling 0808 169 6688. When you resubscribe, we will charge a one-time shipping fee for your first order upon reactivation, but then you will receive free shipping on all subsequent Auto-Replenishment orders of £ 45 / 50€ and over during that same reactivation period.
Your Auto-Replenishment subscription will automatically create a new order charged to your designated payment method and according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.
You control your Auto-Replenishment subscription. We will let you know about upcoming charges before your card is charged and notify you whenever your recurring payment is processed. Within your Auto-Replenishment portal, you can modify your delivery frequency, next shipping date, and product preferences, as well as edit your billing and shipping address, and payment method.
If Auto-Replenishment is available, you will see it as an option on the product page. Select “Subscribe & Save 10%” and the desired frequency. By signing up for an Auto-Replenishment subscription, you accept and agree to the initial and recurring payment charges at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility and agree to pay for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
PAYMENT AND RENEWAL
The total cost charged to your payment method for each Auto-Replenishment order will be the cost of the item on the day that the order is processed less any applicable discount, plus any applicable sales tax. The charge for each Auto-Replenishment item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Auto-Replenishment order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, you will be notified at the email address you provided and given the opportunity to update your payment method in the customer portal. If we are unable to charge your payment method after four attempts, we will cancel your order.
AGREEMENT CHANGES
We reserve the right to change the Auto-Replenishment benefits, including any discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in our sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions. We also may, in our sole discretion, change these terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the LimeLife website). If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
PRICE CHANGES
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to adjust pricing for our Auto-Replenishment subscription offerings and limit quantities at any time. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these terms, any price changes or modifications to your Auto-Replenishment subscription plans will take effect following notice to you.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your Auto-Replenishment subscription at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.
