LimeLife Canada Ltd. respects the privacy of our Beauty Guides, customers and those who visit the Website and this Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions of Use.
Creating a subscription will automatically save your address and encrypted credit card information to your retail customer account. We do not require any Personally Identifiable Information (“Personal Information”) to browse our Site. All information gathered by us is provided by you on a voluntary basis. If you decide to provide us with your Personal Information, you should know that we may store all Personal Information that you provide to us through whatever means you provide such information (through our Websites, Beauty Guide, via email or facsimile, etc.).
While we have always respected your privacy and safeguarded all Personal Information, we have strengthened our commitment to this goal as protecting your Personal Information is one of our highest priorities.
We are committed to ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your Personal Information and allow you to request access to, and correction of, your personal information.

- For Referrals purposes: when LimeLife Canada Ltd. receives unsolicited orders or hostess requests, your PI will be provided to a Beauty Guide to ensure your needs are met;
- Other legal reasons as apply to the goods and services requested.
For Beauty Guides: LimeLife Canada Ltd. reserves the right to use Personal Information for administrative purposes. When an individual completes and digitally signs the New Beauty Guide Agreement, the individual consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their Personal Information for the purposes set out above, including the calculation and processing of commissions, unless LimeLife Canada Ltd. is otherwise notified. When your Beauty Guide Application is accepted by LimeLife Canada Ltd., the Personal Information disclosed on the application, will be used solely within the context of our business relationship with you. Upon the termination of the relationship between LimeLife Canada Ltd. and the Beauty Guide, LimeLife Canada Ltd. will only keep the Beauty Guide's Personal Information for lawful purposes.
LimeLife Canada Ltd. may, from time to time, publish a Beauty Guide's Personnal Information (name, photo, sales results and achievements) to recognize the Beauty Guide for their achievements and help motivate other Beauty Guides.
We will obtain your consent to collect, use or disclose Personal Information for other purposes. In some cases, we can do so without your consent (see below). You can provide consent orally, in writing, electronically, by continuing to act as a Beauty Guide or Customer after being advised of a change in our Privacy Policy or through an authorized representative. All Beauty Guides must abide by this Privacy Policy and must not share confidential information except in connection with their LimeLife Canada Ltd. business, and they must make certain all Order Forms are kept in a secure location. Individuals interested in learning about being a Beauty Guide or hostess will provide Personal information either on-line, via email or directly to a LimeLife Canada Ltd. Beauty Guide.
To become a LimeLife Canada Ltd. Beauty Guide you must provide us with your Personal Information through completing and digitally signing an on-line Beauty Guide Agreement.
We want to provide you with excellent service and make your LimeLife experience as seamless as possible. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. In order to provide exceptional service, and accuracy, we regularly update the products and services on the Service.

Access to some portions of the Website is only permitted for Beauty Guides through the use of a personalized ID issued by LimeLife Canada Ltd to that Beauty Guide and a password subsequent to the Beauty Guide’s digital signature of the Beauty Guide agreement. Any distribution of your password or the Content of this Site to any third party is strictly prohibited. To become a Beauty Guide, which entails becoming a distributor for our brand under the status of independent contractor, please refer to the “Become a Beauty Guide” tab.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Limelife Canada Ltd cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Limelife Canada Ltd customer support team. Note that if you cancel your subscription after the order has started being processed, cancellation will only be effective the following month. You may seek support from a Beauty Guide in this process.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Limelife Canada Ltd with accurate and complete billing information including full name, email address, postal address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Limelife Canada Ltd to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Limelife Canada Ltd will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). The service subscription only applies to Beauty Guides and gives access to specific services and tools either necessary or helpful for Beauty Guides to perform their business. Billing cycles are set on a monthly and annual basis, and may be cancelled at any time. Service subscriptions are subject to the Beauty Guide Policies and Procedures and the Policies and Procedures govern the service subscriptions. For all information regarding Beauty Guide regulations, including rules applicable to service subscriptions, we ask you to refer to the Beauty Guide Policies and Procedures accessed in the “Become a Beauty Guide” tab.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Limelife Canada Ltd cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Limelife Canada Ltd customer support team.

Limelife Canada Ltd, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Limelife Canada Ltd will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Since Product Subscription equates automated product order, our refund and exchange policy applies. Please refer to our Refund and Exchange policy for more information.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
All information and Content available on the Site is the property of LimeLife Canada Ltd. or its licensors. We do not control the views and actions of our Beauty Guides, and the only relationship that exists between Beauty Guides and LimeLife Canada Ltd is a commercial relationship whereby Beauty Guides agree to distribute LimeLife products under an independent status in exchange for a commission paid by LimeLife Canada Ltd. Content posted and views expressed by our Beauty Guides publicly in any manner included via social media posts and, as such, we make no representations or warranties regarding Beauty Guide Content or its truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, integrity or quality. We do not determine whether Beauty Content violates the rights of others, and we have no control over whether Beauty Guide Content is of a nature that you or other users may find offensive.
This policy applies to Beauty Guide Content, including opinions, statements and other content of Beauty Guides, as well as third parties, that is, not us. You acknowledge and agree that the information and views expressed by Third party or Beauty Guide Content do not necessarily reflect our views or those of our content providers, advertiser, sponsors, affiliated or related entities, and we do not support or endorse any Beauty Guide or Third Party Content. You will indemnify and hold us and the LimeLife representatives (the “indemnified parties”) harmless from and against any claims brought by third parties arising out of (a) your misuse, inability to use, or activities in connection with the site, (b) any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you, or through any account you may have with any LimeLife sites including any use of the services other than as expressly authorized in the Terms and Conditions, (c) your violation of any rights of any LimeLife websites visitor, user, or customer, or any other third party; (d) any transaction; you agree that the indemnified parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorized use or modification, and agree to indemnify against any and all resulting loss, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and lawyers’ fees of the indemnified parties in connection therewith.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT. You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions and any and all other legal notices or statements posted on the Site constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Site, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.
We may, with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these Terms and Conditions. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the Site. We also reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the laws in the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, as applicable.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then any remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the Service.
INTERPRETATION, SEVERABILITY, WAIVER, REMEDIES: Headings and titles are for convenience only and shall not be used to construe these Terms and Conditions. If any term of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that term will be severed from these Terms and Conditions. No failure or delays by LimeLife Canada Ltd. in exercising any right hereunder will waive any further exercise of that right. LimeLife Canada Ltd.’s rights and remedies hereunder are cumulative and not exclusive.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) for our Auto-Replenishment subscription programs (collectively, “Auto-Replenishment”) apply to you and LimeLife by Alcone and/or its affiliates (“LimeLife,” “we” or “us”), and govern your and our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LimeLife relating to Auto-Replenishment subscriptions. Your use of the LimeLife website also is governed by our Policies and Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the LimeLife website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through Auto-Replenishment, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.
Depending on the Auto-Replenishment subscription you select, we will automatically ship products to your address at your desired frequency – every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it. A recurring charge for the Auto-Replenishment products will be charged automatically to your credit card on a recurring basis for each shipment while your subscription remains active. You only pay shipping on the initial order, and after that, all Auto-Replenishment orders of US$50 / CA$65 and over ship for free. You can easily change the frequency and modify your product preferences prior to your next charge date. Cancel at any time prior to your charge date either through your online account or by calling 844-232-6294. When you resubscribe, we will charge a one-time shipping fee for your first order upon reactivation, but then you will receive free shipping on all subsequent Auto-Replenishment orders of US$50 / CA$65 and over during that same reactivation period.
Your Auto-Replenishment subscription will automatically create a new order charged to your designated payment method and according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.
You control your Auto-Replenishment subscription. We will let you know about upcoming charges before your card is charged and notify you whenever your recurring payment is processed. Within your Auto-Replenishment portal, you can modify your delivery frequency, next shipping date, and product preferences, as well as edit your billing and shipping address, and payment method.
If Auto-Replenishment is available, you will see it as an option on the product page. Select “Subscribe & Save 10%” and the desired frequency. By signing up for an Auto-Replenishment subscription, you accept and agree to the initial and recurring payment charges at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility and agree to pay for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
PAYMENT AND RENEWAL
The total cost charged to your payment method for each Auto-Replenishment order will be the cost of the item on the day that the order is processed less any applicable discount, plus any applicable sales tax. The charge for each Auto-Replenishment item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Auto-Replenishment order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, you will be notified at the email address you provided and given the opportunity to update your payment method in the customer portal. If we are unable to charge your payment method after four attempts, we will cancel your order.
AGREEMENT CHANGES
We reserve the right to change the Auto-Replenishment benefits, including any discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in our sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions. We also may, in our sole discretion, change these terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the LimeLife website). If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
PRICE CHANGES
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to adjust pricing for our Auto-Replenishment subscription offerings and limit quantities at any time. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these terms, any price changes or modifications to your Auto-Replenishment subscription plans will take effect following notice to you.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your Auto-Replenishment subscription at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.
